THE MENU CAN BE CUSTOMIZED,
ACCOMMODATED TO YOUR PREFERENCES AND SPECIFIC DIETARY NEEDS.

BASE:

  • Rice
  • Cauliflower rice
  • Quinoa

PROTEIN:

  • Chicken in curry or dijon mustard sauce (cream based) – Steak seared in fresh garlic and thyme
  • Salmon with a lemon sauce
  • Tofu marinated in soy sauce or curry sauce

VEGETABLE:

  • Broccoli, sweet potatoes and carrots
  • Eggplant, sweet potatoes and carrots
  • Cabbage, broccoli and peppers

PASTA MENU:

  • Pasta with cherry tomatoes, fresh basil, lemon and garlic
  • Pasta made in a fresh pesto sauce
  • Pasta with feta chese, kalamata olives and sun dried tomatoes

VEGAN MENU:

  • finely shredded kale salad with sweet potatoes, qiunoa, cranbarries, tofu, fresh apples and dijon mustard vinigret.
  • Spring rolls with cooked veggies peanutbutter sauce,garlic and noodles
  • Cumin stewed chickpeas over quinoa
